Through partnerships with respected local nonprofits, Ballard FC will highlight and amplify the best parts of our community. Fans will be able to engage with our community partners through opportunities to learn, serve and give throughout the season.
Ballard Food Bank works to end hunger by bringing food and hope to neighbors in need. Ballard FC, as a neighborhood-based club, and the Ballard Food Bank will work together in our first season to activate fans around the concept of “neighbors helping neighbors” with opportunities to learn about and engage with issues facing our community.
Ballard Youth Soccer Club is a recreational club for youth ages 5-18. All youth are eligible to play and experience is not required with teams fielded at all skill levels. Together with volunteer coaches and parents, BYS develops players’ positive self-esteem, health and fair play. Ballard FC will work with BYS to encourage access to soccer for all communities and the growth of the sport in Ballard and beyond.
Located in the heart of Ballard, the National Nordic Museum shares Nordic culture, values, and ideas with people of all ages and backgrounds to create connections, generate dialogue, and inspire new perspectives. Ballard FC and the National Nordic Museum will partner on exciting experiences that let fans explore and support Ballard’s unique history and identity.
The Ballard Alliance works to ensure Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood remains a unique and economically vital community for its visitors, residents, businesses and property owners. Through year-round programs to enhance and beautify our urban landscape, seasonal events that engage locals and visitors, and relentless advocacy on the issues that matter most, the Ballard Alliance is dedicated to making Ballard a thriving community.
